BBB

Founded in 1949, BBB had already established its own distinct identity by the late 1950s, at the height of nascent Italian design research. Rather than adhering to the avant-garde, the company's role was to act as a shrewd link between experimentation and tradition. In this constant mediation, BBB has successfully interpreted the changing spirit of the times in a modern and consistently restrained style, establishing a culture of contemporary and elegant living. BBB produced many of the furnishings that became iconic in postwar Italian design, collaborating with many leading designers.
