Shippings

We ship to Italy , the EU , and the rest of the world upon request. You can check shipping costs for your address before proceeding with payment: enter your details and the system will automatically calculate any costs based on location, weight, and volume of the items selected. If you wish to receive your purchases outside the European Union, please email us with all the details and we will provide you with a quote.

Standard deliveries are always to street level. Upon request, a floor delivery and installation service is also available.

Design Republic guarantees easy and pleasant shopping. In the Milan area and its province, for larger items, we guarantee dedicated service thanks to our in-house team of couriers. For all other areas of Italy and abroad, we rely on the best specialized couriers, without sacrificing quality and professionalism.

Estimated delivery times for your order are displayed on the product page before you proceed to checkout; the Design Republic Team will contact you regarding the delivery times for your items and once they have shipped.

 

Design Republic ships nationwide and internationally directly from its warehouses. All shipments are insured and tracked by our Shipping Office, open 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.

 

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the next business day; the same process applies during store and office closures. Once the order is processed internally by our team , shipping times , costs, and the spend threshold for free shipping vary based on the destination country as follows:

Shipments to hard-to-reach zip codes may incur an additional charge. Our customer service team will promptly notify you via email of any additional charges.

In-Store Pickup

 

You can collect your order free of charge from our stores.

The default warehouse for online orders is located at our store at Piazza del Tricolore 2. If you'd like to collect your order from our Via della Chiusa location, please let us know (just write or call). We'll deliver the goods to your desired location as quickly as possible.

 

Purchased items will be reserved for you for up to 21 days; after this time, Design Republic will no longer guarantee product availability and you may need to wait for a restock.

 

If you're unable to collect your order, you can delegate someone else to do so; your order number will suffice.

 

Returns

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return all or part of your order. To comply with the withdrawal period, simply send your notice regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the delivery date and wait for confirmation from our team.

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to private individuals (consumers); therefore, all purchases made using a VAT number (P.IVA) are excluded.

Return shipping costs will be borne by Design Republic Srl in the case of a defective or incorrect product. For all other returns, shipping costs and any additional charges shall be borne by the buyer. Items must be returned via post or courier in their original packaging, must never have been used or damaged, and must be in resalable condition. No exchanges or refunds will be issued for products returned incomplete, damaged, or opened.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted or refunded. Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly on designrepublic.com. For further questions or special requests, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at info@designrepublic.com.

Returns following the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be sent to the following address: Design Republic Srl, Piazza del Tricolore 2, 21029 Milan (MI), Italy

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

The Design Republic team will verify the quality of the returned product and will issue a refund only if it meets our return policy conditions. Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly on designrepublic.com. You will receive your refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase as quickly as possible.

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. The refund is free of charge and covers only the amount paid for the products being returned.

Payments

Several secure payment methods are available for online purchases on our e-shop:

 

1. Cards Via the Banca Sella PosOnline secure payment system, using Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, and Amex. Upon confirmation of the online transaction, you will be redirected to the Banca Sella secure payment page, where your bank will authorize the transaction. Your order will be accepted upon receipt of payment.

In the case of credit card payments, essential transaction information (credit/debit card number, expiration date, security code) will be sent to the processing entity (Banca Sella) without any third party having access to it. This information will never be viewed or stored by the Seller (Design Republic Srl).

 

2. PayPal A fast and secure payment system with no additional fees. Upon confirmation, you will be redirected to the PayPal site for secure payment. The amount will be charged immediately to the card or account associated with your PayPal profile. For security reasons, we only accept payments from verified PayPal accounts. Your order will be accepted upon receipt of payment.

 

3. Bank Transfer Send the payment from your bank and provide us with the Transaction Reference Number (CRO), which uniquely identifies the bank transaction. Your order will be accepted upon receipt of payment. Our banking details are as follows:

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long will I have to wait?

For items in stock, shipping times refer to the days required for delivery to the courier, normally between 24 and 36 hours.

If one or more items are not in stock at the time of your order, shipping times will be based on those indicated on the product pages. Did you order multiple items? Use the product with the longest delivery times as a reference; alternatively, contact us to see if we can split the shipment.

 

2. When will you ship my items?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your personal area. We'll send you an email with the shipping status when:
- the order has been processed and is being prepared
- the goods have been entrusted to the courier

 

3. If the courier can't find me, where does the goods go?

The courier will make up to three delivery attempts, possibly contacting you by phone at their discretion. Afterward, the goods will be held at the branch closest to your address; our shipping office will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

 

4. Does the courier deliver to the floor?

Deliveries are intended to be made to street level. Please note that all shipments are standard and that couriers are not required to deliver to the floor, but will deliver exclusively to the street level, outside your home, even for bulky goods. We therefore recommend that you always monitor your order tracking to best plan your delivery. Depending on the type of goods, we will be happy to provide you with a quote for floor-level delivery.

 

5. Does the courier also deliver on Saturdays or Sundays?

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, approximately between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Holidays excluded.

 

6. I've already placed an order. Can I change the delivery address?

If your order hasn't already been shipped, simply send an email with your order reference and new address to: info@designrepublic.com
