Inaccessible Content

Despite our efforts to ensure the accessibility of our website, we are aware of some limitations, some known, others beyond our control because they are due to third-party apps. Below is a description of these limitations:

Alternative text for images — Some decorative and promotional images may not have fully descriptive alternative texts. We are progressively working to address this limitation.
Keyboard navigation — Some interactive elements, particularly the multi-level navigation menu with submenus, may present limitations when navigating via keyboard or assistive technologies.
Repeated elements in the DOM — Some animated components (e.g. the scrolling announcement bar) generate duplicated content in the source code that may be read redundantly by screen readers.
Third-party widgets and apps — Some site features are managed by external applications (wishlist, product comparison, 360° viewer) whose level of accessibility compliance is outside our direct control. In particular, buttons within the Swym wishlist app may not be fully accessible via assistive technologies.
Color contrast — Some secondary text elements (e.g. brand names on product cards) on light backgrounds do not meet the minimum contrast requirement set by WCAG 2.1 Level AA (ratio 4.5:1). We are evaluating a design update to address this limitation.
Account login page — The login page is hosted directly by Shopify on an external domain (shopify.com). The accessibility of this page is Shopify's responsibility and is outside our direct control.
