Muuto's Strand Pendant Lamp is crafted from cocoon material, sprayed with a cloud-like appearance, tightly bound to a rotating steel frame. The design silhouette presents a complex and intriguing structure and a new perspective on the traditional pendant lamp.
With its transparent expression, the cocoon material allows Muuto's Strand lamp to filter light for a warm, comfortable glow with its small strands enveloping the light source, simultaneously acting as a diffuser.
The frame structure of Muuto's Strand lamp becomes even more visible when the light source is turned on, enhancing the graphic expression of the design. Designed in various sizes and shapes, three open and two closed, Muuto's Strand Pendant Lamp provides both diffused lighting through its materials and direct lighting through the upper and lower openings, suspended lightly in space, bringing harmony and a refined sensibility to any room.
The original design allows the Strand Pendant Lamp by Muuto to be used alone or in combination with several elements, in the dining room, entrance hall, hall or living room.
