Piantama is a coffee table and lamp. Designed by Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba for Mogg, it consists of a solid wood trunk with an attached nickel lamp and fabric-covered electrical cable.
Piantama is the combination of two objects that are often used together: the coffee table and the lamp.
The designer chose to combine two objects belonging to two different styles: an industrial lamp and a natural element such as a solid wood trunk, creating an eclectic object.
