This chest of drawers isn't something you'd normally see inside a home, but it certainly wouldn't stand out in a woodworking shop.
At first glance, it looks like a stack of wooden planks, but upon closer inspection, you'll realize it's a chest of drawers. A chest of drawers that seems to be nothing more than the material it's made of.

Raphaël creates sculptures that can be used, but at the same time question the concept of utility. What is a useful object? His creations are impossible to classify because they appeal to everyone and on every level: artistic design or functional art? Or more simply, the desire to create objects born from observation and that can be observed. Utility becomes a solution.
