Designer Simon Legald's aim was to create a shell seat with a uniform look.

To achieve this, a new solution was designed to integrate the seat shell with the legs.

The plastic seat and wooden frame are integrated through a unique system. The plastic seat and legs elegantly meet, accentuating the craftsmanship and high-quality design.

Simon Legald graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in the summer of 2012. His work focuses on both large and small-scale products. His projects often focus on bringing together craft and industry.
