Description

Fly is a series that allows the user to sit, lie down, rest, and relax. Unlike many sofas and armchairs in the history of Scandinavian design, Fly doesn't impose any particular posture. The seat itself is optimized for comfort, with loose back cushions that can be arranged to suit the user's needs. But Fly adheres to tradition in other respects; the frame of the sofa and armchair, with a slatted backrest, is made of solid oak, treated with white pigmented oil or smoked oil. It's the kind of material and treatment that ages with true grace, improving with time.
