Canelé takes its name from the Bordeaux pastry and repeats its fluting: the shade is pleated polyester, and the overlapping folds draw a soft wave that breaks into stripes when the lamp is switched on. Below sits a three-legged stainless steel frame with silicone feet. Leclercq Viallet designed it as a lamp to put anywhere — bedside table, console, dining table — in four colours.
