The design is simple, with practically no excess functionality. The table top is bordered by perforated steel, forming a light screen that wraps around the front and sides. The surface itself is made of smoked oak veneer held between the steel legs. A lighter and oiled oak veneer is also available. The screen offers a compelling background for contemporary artefacts, forming a focal point that lends itself to compositions of ornaments and objects.
